Sergeant major Noh Seong Gyu gets the most disturbing call of his life. An entire squad of 21 soldiers from Guard Point 506 has been massacred except for one who is in a state of deep coma. Twenty-one military investigators including sergeant Noh are dispatched to the crime scene where they discover dead bodies mutilated beyond recognition with no signs of outside attack. With the torrential rain blocking all paths to the base, the investigators find themselves trapped inside the bloodbath. Noh's task is to solve the case in just ten hours and bring back the body of first lieutenant Yoo Jeong Woo, the son of the army chief, First believed to be one of the dead, they soon discover that lieutenant Yoo is missing in action, which brings the total number fo corpses down to 19. When the search team find their visibly perturbed missing man, fingers point to him as the prime suspect. But Noh is convinced there's more to this case than meets the eye. What he doesn't know yet is that something horrific is heading their way.
