Self-assured Bobby Bishop(CHARLIE SHEEN) has the powerful political world of Washington D.C. at his feet since he is one of the most trusted advisers to the President of the United States. However, a former college professor known to be a radical consiracy buff, frantically summons him. But the professor is shot before he can disclose valuable information concerning a traitor at the highest level of the government. He just whispers to Bishop the word SHADOW.
