Japanese warlord Lord Godless (Simon Yam) has evil intentions to conquer China. He is being assisted by his son Heart (Nicholas Tse) and his two lieutenants, Earth (Anson Leung) and Sky (Byron Pang). His mission is very clear; to capture all the martial artists and make them to work for him as his slaves. During the conquering operations he manages to put Cloud (Aaron Kwok) and Nameless (Kenny Ho) in the prison.

Wind (Ekin Cheng) and Chu Chu (Tang Yan) then come forward to rescue both of them. Their mission is successful but Nameless and Chu are badly injured during the rescue operations. Cloud vows to seek revenge against Lord Godless while Wind decides to use an evil approach and improved technique for his martial arts training under the guidance of Lord Wicked (Kenny Wong).
