"Rebel Referee 2" is Denso Washington's first film sequel since the film, once again playing former commando McGonagall, as a part-time driver, he continues to live anonymously, while not forgetting chivalry, to stand up for innocent victims of passengers and justice. Until one day, a close friend (Marissa Leo) accidentally died, he vowed to pull out the behind-the-scenes messenger, but the process of tracing his neighbour (Sanders decoration) was implicated. In order to save innocent victims and revenge his dead friends, McGonagall has always been a tyrannical style, and has spared no expense in killing and abstaining from dealing with larger criminal organizations.
