From director Jingle Ma (Tokyo Raiders) comes the romantic fantasy Fly Me To Polaris, starring the heartbreaking screen team of Cecilia Cheung and Richie Jen! Onion (Richie Jen) is a blind-mute gentleman in love with his gorgeous, kind-hearted nurse Autumn (Cecilia Cheung). Their feelings seem real and pure, but a tragic accident sends Onion to the hereafter before the two can finally admit their feelings for one another. Luckily, Onion wins a celestial contest, and is given one week to return to Earth. The catch: no one will recognize him, and he will be unable to reveal his true identity. Onion chooses to return anyway, but suffers untold heartbreak as every condition of his return prevents him from connecting with the mourning, lovelorn Autumn. Will the tragic lovers ever have the chance to exchange their feelings?

A popular hit in Hong Kong, Fly Me To Polaris won audiences over with its compelling mixture of tragic drama and tearjerking romance. It also made a star out of Richie Jen, and sky-rocketed the lovely Cecilia Cheung to Hong Kong Cinema superstardom.
