Fang Min grew up in a broken family. In order to collect money for his father to buy drugs, he commits crimes. Finally, he's under arrest and put into a reform school, where he makes friend with Chiang. Meanwhile, the narcotic trade becomes more and more active. Aim at getting to the root of it, Superintendent Chan of the narcotic Bureau decides to send an undercover to the Big Man in the narcotic smuggling group. Under Chan's gradual pressure, Fang goes to the Big Man's residence to steal the secret documents, but find out that Big Sister is his mother. Noticing the documents are stolen, the Big man, along with Big Sister, lead the whole gang to Fang's flat. They find nothing, but accidentally kill Fang's wife. Then Big Sister, through an old photo, finds out that Fang is her own son. When Fang finds his wife is killed, he sends out the documents and wants to revenge. After a severe fight, he kills the Big Man while he is shot by the Big Man.
