Just after the Chinese Revolution, a gang of bandits are preying on the inhabitants of a Chinese town. Lung, the ringleader has murdered a veteran detective. The victim's daughter, Yeh Feng swears that she will have revenge for her father. A rambler called Chien has come to town to oppose the gangsters. One day, Fan Ming who is Yeh Feng's fianc? comes across with Chien by chance, they become friends. Meanwhile, Lung Yeh brutally assaults Fan Ming and pushes him over a cliff into the sea. Chien brings Yeh Feng safely to a brothel, where she is looked after by a friendly prostitute, Yin Chin Hung. Yin and Yeh sneak quietly into the place. Then Yeh Feng suddenly attacks Lung Yeh with a knife but failed. Both girls are slain. Their death is a great shock to Chien, galvanizing him into desperate action. Chien is seriously injured after he killed Lung Yeh in a big battle. Even Fan Ming comes too late with policemen to save Chien...
